The house is located on an island near Trogir, built of stone, probably the oldest part in the seventeenth century. The house and gardens were owned by the Count Lantana from Zadar, which it was used as a summer residence. Beside the house was a pond (which is now a maritime property). Pond now serves as a port for 2 to 3 boats, one boat used by the current owner of the house. Garden is not the same plot as house. It is located in a construction zone and it is possible to build, size of garden is 639m2. Now, in the garden of mature pine trees, pitosforusi, two palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. The house is great for the holidays, and may be used for economic activity. As you can see from the pictures, the building is located on the coast, near the sea, and part of the wall (under the balcony) in the sea in the harbor.
